Cromie

Color as a universal language, as emotional matter, as a meeting point between different techniques and sensibilities. From this intuition the group exhibition **“Cromie”** is born, an exhibition project in which the true *trait d’union* is color. On view are works by Juan Baraja, Giuseppe Lo Schiavo, Riccardo Ajossa and Ruben Rodrigo. Their research brings into dialogue analog and digital photography with oil painting on canvas and Japanese paper: practices and materials that are apparently distant, yet within the chromatic dimension find a common ground.
Color thus becomes a shared code, capable of overcoming formal and disciplinary boundaries and of constructing a coherent visual texture despite the diversity of languages. The exhibition path does not follow a traditional thematic logic, but is conceived as a sensory experience: juxtapositions, contrasts, harmonies and chromatic dissonances generate a continuous dialogue among the works.
Color is not decoration, but structure, tension, identity. It is an emotional threshold and a narrative instrument. Each artist interprets color as a primary element: a field of investigation, a conceptual device, a symbolic energy. From this emerge personal and autonomous visions which, despite their differences, find a surprising coherence in the overall chromatic vibration.
“Cromie” invites the public to be guided not by a linear story, but by perception. To observe how a hue can transform a two-dimensional surface into a mental space and into a luminous experience. To recognize in color a form of thought. The exhibition thus presents itself as a space of crossing: between techniques, between languages, between matter and light.
A place in which color becomes a shared presence and a ground for dialogue.
