Galleria Continua
Thanks to its inclination toward new, stimulating, and unusual spaces, Galleria Continua / Rome is located at Corso Vittorio Emanuele Orlando 3, within the St. Regis Rome. Here, the three founders — Mario Cristiani, Lorenzo Fiaschi, and Maurizio Rigillo — chose to set up the new space in the Sala Diocleziano on the ground floor of the hotel, overlooking the garden.
Galleries offer the public and collectors dynamic, ever-evolving spaces in which to engage more deeply with contemporary art.

Visitors who step into this space in the Eternal City can expect a program of exhibitions, conferences, talks, and educational and training activities, including workshops for children staying at the hotel and guided visits for schools. We promote a positive and collaborative interaction between contemporary art, international travelers, and the citizens of Rome.
Reaching the widest possible audience has always been a key objective of Galleria Continua, and this remains true in Rome as well — the capital of the country that hosted the gallery’s first location in San Gimignano. Galleria Continua’s interest in Rome developed following earlier successful collaborations with the St. Regis Rome, including presentations of works by Loris Cecchini in 2018 and Pascale Marthine Tayou in 2019.
Our Roman space has unique characteristics and reflects Galleria Continua’s ongoing commitment to developing new forms of dialogue between art and the public, between different worlds and contexts.
Working closely with the founders of Galleria Continua has allowed me to understand the importance of strongly believing in one’s projects and supporting diversity and intercultural exchange in contemporary art.
